If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from The Mule Store, return it for a full refund less shipping with in 30 days.
The only exceptions are the t-shirts and sweatshirts on p.16-17 of our catalog as those are custom made from another vendor. Please check the size before you order it as that is the main reason people want to return. We can't take them in return as we don't carry them here at our store. We special order them out to the vendor.
Please contact us before returning the item in order to ease the return process. You are not obligated to tell us why you are unsatisfied but your comments and suggestions are helpful. We also have done returns for credit at another time and we do gift certificates as they make wonderful gifts!
