Sheba, the donkey is 16 in this photo and Emily is ten. They were doing the pony trail class at the McKean County Fair in Smethport, PA. Emily is ten in that photo. They did an exhibition barrel race at the fair's rodeo two years ago. You should have heard the crowd roar when Sheba loped home! Sheba's the only one that shows against horses. A few horses have spooked, but they're getting use to us. A few parents get upset when Em and Sheba beat their kids, and they blame it on "that mule" but for the most part the feedback is positive.

Here's Mandy, 8 year old rescue donkey who lives with Chicago White Sox organist, Nancy Faust. Mandy is showing one of her neat tricks besides her other career as a riding donkey. She's also displaying her appreciation for her favorite shopping 'mall'! Thanks Mandy and Nancy for your support!

My mule jackpot ready for a summer ride.He is a 13 hand red roan appy mule and loves riding our acres with my border collie mix. Joanne

You talk about your mule enthusiast! We were treated to a visit at the Shelbyville, TN show from Judson Hudson and his Mom's Mule Mobile. A prize winner at a recent car show, it sports a 'braying' horn, mule afghan seat covers, plush mule mascot and well...just all sorts of mule gee gaws! The eyes on the hood ornament even light up. Thanks Judson! It was a hoot to see and visit with you and family! Bottom right picture is Judson's mule.
